Looking for Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Mandarin)
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the efficient running of The Office of the President. The incumbent will coordinate the company’s travel and administrative functions for Senior Management as required, arrange special events; and provide recording secretarial support for the Board of Directors for both our company and other meetings as assigned.
This position will report to the President/ CEO and will work out of our office in Markham, Ontario.
The following are the qualifications needed:
- Post-Secondary Education; Business or Administrative Diploma preferred.
- 2-5 years of solid and progressive office administration
- Experience providing administrative and recording secretarial support to a Board of Directors or
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure high accuracy of
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced
- Ability to travel to attend Board meetings
- Fluent English and Mandarin
