ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, HST, payroll, financial statements and reconcile accounts for multiple clients
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting certificate or diploma or related work experience
- Excellent computing skills, QuickBooks desktop or online, MS Word
- Intermediate Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and respond to issues in a timely manner, demonstrating follow-up
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour
