Job Description:

Global HRMS Solutions needs an analyst for a 2-year contract, who is excited about supporting HR and our HRMS systems. You will deliver projects and day-to-day operations for our employee information systems while driving continuous improvement and efficiency for team processes.

Our HR team is engaged and excited about Workday, the global HRIS platform, and their technology landscape. They rely on the Global HRMS Solutions team to maintain existing services, and help roll out new programs and functions. We also let them know of, and plan for, exciting and valuable new features as they become available.

Responsibilities

As a Global HRMS Solutions Business Process Analyst, you focus on project and enhancement delivery and tier-3 support. You will be hands-on with Workday configuration, requirements gathering, or regression testing to get the job done. You’ll also provide regular updates to leaders, and communicate & collaborate with a wide range of partners and stakeholders globally. Global HRMS Solutions’ deliverables include:

  • Program delivery for the HR Centres of Excellence (performance, talent, and compensation cycles)
  • Tier-2 and tier-3 support for the HR Services & Talent Acquisition teams
  • Planned projects from HR and IT to support strategic goals, responsible for the end to end SDLC
  • Enhancement implementations from HR and IT
  • Day-to-day defect resolution for Workday
  • Workday regular upgrade projects, including configuration, regression testing, and assisting HR through any significant system changes
  • Regular core configuration operational changes to support business activities (work shift, comp plan updates, etc.)

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree, CHRP designation or equivalent 3-5 years of experience working with HR systems in either HR or IT or both, coupled with minimum 2 years’ experience with Workday configuration. Ideally, you have experience in agile delivery, or are open to working in an agile environment. You understand the confidentiality of HR data, and possess strong knowledge of HR processes and concepts. Peers recognize your strong technical aptitude to understand HRMS functionality, and analytical, and interpersonal skills.
