As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support our consumer wireless device portfolio during our month-end financial close, monthly forecast, and annual budget cycle. The value-add financial reporting you provide enables our business decision makers to gain competitive market advantage.
Here’s how
As a senior member of this team, you will:
- Use your strong knowledge of accounting rules and principles to prepare accurate and complete financials
- Offer insightful analysis to senior stakeholders to drive change and influence decisions during monthly forecasts
- Collaborate extensively with marketing and channel stakeholders to understand new customer initiatives and evaluate impacts to financial reporting and planning
- Communicate closely with finance peers and be the Subject Matter Expert and Single-Point-of-Contact for all matters related to Cost of Acquisition
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- With 5 years’ experience in corporate month-end close and forecast processes
- With knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), particularly IFRS 15
- Known for your collaborative spirit and ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment and build good working relationships to influence others at all levels of the organization
- Respected for your result-driven mindset and ability to take initiative and ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
- Appreciated for your comfort and ease dealing with ambiguity and complex issues and concepts demonstrating your leadership, problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Regarded for your exceptional communication skills, including compelling storytelling and comfort presenting to an executive audience
- With post-secondary education in Accounting or Financial Management and a professional accounting designation: CPA

- Working knowledge of SAP, particularly FI module
