- Created state-of-the-art data and analytics driven products that disrupted an industry by changing how table games operators are turning data into actionable intelligence. Product developments resulted in noticeable changes in Casino staff culture and operating procedures, which contributed towards improvements in profitability and operational efficiency for clients.
- Applied expert knowledge of the market and strong technical background to align business strategy with technology developments to solve real problems. Our customers see clear benefits/value and become product evangelists, spreading the word within the industry resulting in 10 new roll-outs
- Applied a data driven approach to understanding how various client end-users, from front line operations staff to backend data analysts, utilized the product. Created beautiful and intuitive designs that were validated and challenged by real customers. Your mock-ups made their way into the product resulting in 20% more frequent usage of certain advanced features of the software, as well as 20% fewer clicks/scrolls required to complete end-user functions. Our customers received 6 high-value software updates.
- Developed strong relationships with end-users of our software, gathered information on their needs, and communicated the learned insights to the development team for ongoing product/feature improvements.

Basic requirements
Product Management Experience. 2+ years of Product Management experience at one or more software companies. Experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, writing stories, prioritizing sprint work and follow product management processes.
UX/UI designer wizard: Have competency and passion for design of UX/UI and dashboards. Experience working with graphics design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
Cross-functional leadership . Collaborate within a diverse cross-functional team to design, estimate, build and deliver features while ensuring that benefits are effectively communicated to customers.
Top notch communicator. Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills. Experience preparing reports for senior management.
Educated. Bachelor’s Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience. Pragmatic Marketing and/or Product Owner Certifications are assets.
Travel . Must be willing and able to travel to client sites for ~10% of working time.
No criminal record and licensable to work in a highly regulated industry.
