We found that the most important factor in the relationship between the organizations who need good people and the staffing agencies they are forced to deal with is trust—and that trust had been eroded, thanks to years of poor communication, dubious processes and bad faith. So we decided to do things differently. We knew from experience that successful recruitment is a partnership. We knew companies dont want staffing agencies—they need recruitment partners that they can count on to look out for their best interests.
