Exceed Canada Inc., Staffing & Recruiting, Privately Held, 1801 1 Yonge St, M5E 1W7, 2 employees, found in 2015. We facilitate recruitment, placement of qualified candidates in contract and permanent positions for our clientele. At Exceed, our only endeavor is to have complete transparency in all our dealings with the client. We love what we do, this being the sole reason why we have become a successful recruitment firm with a clientele comprising from varied businesses. Our Philosophy The quality that sets us apart from others in the industry is we dont meet expectations, we exceed them! This is the same force that drives our business and lets us excel at what we do. The thing that makes us unique from our peers is that we understand the vision of both the employers and the candidate. We then come into the picture to align & meet their respective expectations of each other. We work extremely hard & our passionate about our work because we believe that the only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary. We owe our success to having listened respectfully & with utmost attention to every need of client/candidate. Our Story Every business has a beginning, and so has ours. Before founding Exceed, I started my career as a Software Test Lead at esteemed banks like CIBC & RBC. The opportunity to understand the technical intricacies of the business at this organizations helped me immensely. However, the technical recruiter that placed me had no or very little technical background. It was then together with my spouse(an MBA in HR) that I realized the recruitment process needs to be streamlined alongside appropriate technical understanding of the industry to better serve the client. This was the passion that us led to the creation of Exceed.
