McKinnon Targeted Recruiters is the recruitment division of McKinnon Management Group Inc. Since 1992 we have developed relationships with many of Canada s finest companies. From entrepreneurial start-ups to global giants, we have successfully completed several thousand senior to mid-level search assignments. Proactive headhunting has generated exceptionally high candidate retention rates due to the thoroughness of our candidate search and screening processes. Our objective is to find the optimum candidate available to the market for our clients. To accomplish this we identify both active and passive candidates using our candidate database, advertising, online sourcing, and headhunting. Accessing a wider talent pool ensures that our clients will gain access to the best candidate and this allows our clients to make superior hires. Our extensive preliminary work typically enables our clients to make a selection after interviewing no more than three to four candidates.
