Brief history
OPAY Inc. was established in Toronto and incorporated under the Canadian Federal Government in 2017. The Company is the subsidiary of Open Decisions Inc., which has extensive experience in banking and Telco system deployment, IT architecture and production operations. Most of the Company’s executive directors come from some leading computer and networking technology companies with a substantial amount of system design and IT Infrastructure experiences. Registered as a money service business (MSB) by FINTRAC, OPAY is planning to take the next strategic step and expand its global presence.
