Founded in 2002, S2 HRC carries the important mission of providing an one-stop solution for clients of different needs.

Our head office is located in Markham, Toronto and its subsidiary operations comprises of Immigration service, Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Social Welfare and Career training / Mentor service. In order to catch up with the ever-growing business and current plan of expansion, we are eagerly inviting the passionate talents like you to join our family.

We are seeking the candidates who are willing to be a career coach/ mentors to join our team.

MENTORS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

Ask open-ended “how” and “what” questions with a mentee
Challenge and encourage a mentee depending on what the situation requires
Offer opportunities to problem solve and exchange ideas
Provide feedback that is honest, open and positive
Take a genuine interest in helping the mentee succeed
Present opportunities to the mentee may not have recognized on his/her own
Provide suggestions to the best of one’s knowledge that allows the mentee to reach their goals
