Wolf Search Associates was founded in early 2018 with the sole purpose of bringing full transparency and unparalleled communication to the recruiting industry to form, not just partnerships with our clients, but real relationships! As a boutique tech recruiting firm, we re dedicated to providing a hands on, personal approach to build lasting relationships with our clients & candidates, which will allow my team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall search process through our dedicated, transparent partnership. Our team specializes specifically in partnering with small to medium sized startups with an engineering team around 10-20 and help them staff in their early stages. We have a proven track record of helping teams grow from 5-10 to 20-30 in their engineering department within 1-3 years, and then happily let you take the reigns and assist when needed! COMPANIES: We have also joined early stage startups as “consultants,” to help save on financial costs in your early years.
