Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Inventory and Purchases cycle by creating WO’s PO’s and replenishing items not in stock
  • Conducting monthly inventory counts
  • Developing and defining monthly inventory control procedures as needed
  • Resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Assisting with updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
  • Assisting with reviewing of expenses and payroll records
  • Providing support to senior accountant as needed
  • Project cost management; reconciling planned vs. actual
  • New Installation management; updating inventory and providing assistance as needed
  • Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
  • Organizing of all AP files
  • Assisting with other accounting projects




  • Post-secondary education in Accounting/Finance
  • 2-5 years of experience in a full cycle accounting role
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Organized thinker and detail oriented, with the ability to effectively multi-task and juggle multiple projects
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Self-motivated and able to work individually but also works well and great at collaborating in a team
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS software and other applicable computer software
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
