Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Associate. The ideal candidate will have experience with computerized payroll systems – Intuit system preferred, with a working knowledge of creating financial statements, general ledgers, debits and credits. This position requires effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet strict deadlines. The Accounts Payable/Payroll Associate is objective and responsible for the reconciliation of bank accounts with high transaction counts, as well as working with and maintaining the confidentially of sensitive information. An advanced understanding of Windows, Excel and Word is a must.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants will possess a college diploma in accounting or relevant field of study – equivalent experience will also be considered.
