Responsibilities
- Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management
- Help the team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items
- Facilitating scrum events as requested or needed
- Work closely with customer’s PO for managing the backlogs
- Team performance monitoring
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices
- Bridge the gap between the concept of the project and the actions required to complete it
- Proactively prevent potential problems. This requires overarching knowledge about the product and process and enabling the team to avoid roadblocks
