Responsibilities:
- Accountable for engagement planning and programs tracking
- Manages the HCL project managers and interacts with T-Mo leadership
- Accountable for program health tracking and resolution of risks/escalation with stakeholders
- Publish monthly and quarterly review of the Plan versus current state
- Responsbile for transformation initiatives and demonstrates automation benefits
Qualifications:
- Strong in Requirements management and process modeling
- Ability to represent a requirement into modular modules and models
- Strong Telecom domain skills-CRM & Order management, Billing process, Financial reporting process
- Hands on project delivery experience(at least 3) using the following tools- ARD, Jira, qTest, Tosca
