This position is responsible for providing analytical expertise for patient service operations. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and analyzing business reports, as well as providing on-going development and enhancement of the reporting and analytical tools available to patient programs. Create and provide additional business metrics and report on overall P&L variances.
Specific Responsibilities
Responsible to amalgamate, process, analyze and extrapolate a large amount of complex data from multiple sources, including various internal and external databases to develop an understanding of business results. Primary liason for PS team for all new report development, both internal and external. Collaborates with the Technical Writer to ensure all report request CR’s are accurate, detailed and follow correct logic Design and deliver end-user training and training materials for report content and reporting processes; provide technical support as necessary Develop and generate business reports, including ad hoc reporting to support patient program´s business decisions as well as develop reports on key business metrics to measure the performance and success of any key initiatives. Develop, assess and implement an external customer focused strategy for data analysis and presentation in conjunction with the Program/Account Managers and the Business Development team Understand, assess, monitor and present findings of impact analysis and trends for Patient Service Operations. Provide analytical support to Patient Service business units on business initiatives, budgeting and forecasting. Provide detailed variance analysis’ where required. Provide ongoing support to strategic projects and initiatives. Anticipate issues utilizing a high level of innovation and creativity and take charge to define and direct actions needed to ensure success. Initiate independent action and resolve issues with broad corporate impacts.
