The Role: Business Analyst, Employer and Payor Partnerships
Reporting to the Director, Employer and Payor Partnerships, the Business Analyst, Employer and Payor is responsible for evaluating/spotting market and business trends to provide directional support to management teams; developing and analyzing business reports, as well as providing on-going development and enhancement of the reporting and analytical tools available for the Employer and Payor team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible to amalgamate, process, analyze and extrapolate a large amount of complex data from multiple sources, including various internal and external databases to develop an understanding of business results.Support with business case development by providing market intelligence, opportunity sizing, performas, and ROI calculations.Responsible for facilitating and implementing changes and enhancements of the Employer and Payor program to all systemsDevelop and generate business reports, including ad hoc reporting to support Rexall’s Employer and Payor business decisions as well as develop reports on key business metrics to measure the performance and success of any initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business and user requirements are captured in the development of business reports/processes, while ensuring accuracy and integrity of all information provided.Perform other duties as assigned by Rexall Pharmacy GroupUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or CommenceMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in business or financial analysis; preferably within retail pharmacyStrong financial, statistical and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel requiredExperience and knowledge in Databases and Data WarehousingExcellent initiative and follow through skillsHighly organized with strong documentation skillsCapable of handling competing priorities and working effectively under pressureProven ability to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communications skillsSalesforce administrator experience would be an assetDigital product development/management experience a plusThe Rexall DNA:
