What Will You Do?
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our growing Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take the lead on an array of exciting projects and bring innovative solutions of your own design to our company.
In your position, you will:
Collaborate with a dynamic team on the creation and implementation of strategic projectsLead new initiatives to improve processes and increase value for the businessDesign and build new datasets and monitoring suites, leveraging business intelligence toolsConduct analysis and present insights to business leaders in monthly meetingsProvide consultation to key clients on strategies and business trendsResearch and implement new techniques and emerging technologiesReceive ongoing training and coaching through the TCR Mentorship ProgramWho Are You?
Holds an undergraduate degreeStrong quantitative skills with a working knowledge of statisticsExcellent problem solver who leverages data and analytics, in conjunction with solid judgement and intuition, to make decisionsFluent with data management and analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL ServerProficient programming skills in SQL, R, or PythonExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated, self-starter, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentResults-focused, with a passion for business and delivering high quality work on timeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
