What is the opportunity?
You will be responsible for business analysis and quality assurance activities on our most complex programs. This involves execution of all aspects of requirements, gathering, planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation for changes to business process, policies and information systems. You will also lead and recommend business solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs.
What will you do?
Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impact or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities.
Manage constraints, assumptions, and risks for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties.
Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business value.
Effectively facilitate large and diverse groups of stakeholders to complete requirements discovery, analysis and review.
Analyze and document scope of the business solution and detailed business and system solutions requirements using enterprise-standard requirements methodologies.
Work with Large Program Management Support team to review and provide advice on BA aspects of Programs at setup and execution phase
Effectively lead and communicate – share ideas, explain concepts, and present findings – to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, from team members to executives
Constantly adapt and be flexible in the approach in order to understand different areas, their capabilities and constraints, to help them be successful
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Experienced professional – 10 or more years experience with progressively increasing responsibiltiys in the ares of requriements management on large and complext projects (preferably in App Dv, IT Risk).
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
Understanding of various software development methodologies such as Iterative, Waterfall, Agile
Requirements planning including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
Solid understanding and experience with SDLC
Nice-to-have
CBAP or PMI BA certification (Prefered)
Financial sector expeirence
Experience in the IT Risk SpaceMasters Certificate in Business Analysis (Prefered)
