Salesforce is growing at the speed of light, both organically and through acquisitions; we are seeking an experienced employee to join the Revenue Operations Strategy and Enablement team to help our organization manage change and scale with this incredible growth.

This role will be responsible for supporting projects for the global Revenue Operations team to help the organization become more efficient while providing increasing levels of support for the sales organization. The Revenue Operations department is responsible for pricing & product operations, sales operations, sales compensation strategy & operations and corresponding systems enablement functions which are required to support our sales organization.

The Business Analyst collaborates with the Revenue Operations business teams and IT teams to analyze root causes, improve processes, define problems, develop business requirements, as-is and to-be process documentation and success metrics. Additionally, the BA coordinates end to end UAT business cycles from planning/strategy through to execution and retrospectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform root cause and business process analysis, leverage data to substantiate KPIs/ROIs
  • Document business requirements, including business value and stakeholder alignment, as-is and to-be process documentation
  • Participate in prioritization process for systems implementation planning cycles
  • Liaise regularly with IT Product Owners, BSAs, global business process owners and other organizations to drive process and system solutions
  • Plan and lead UAT business cycles, including creation of coverage matrices, test script documentation, test execution logisitics, tracking and reporting
  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk
  • Respond to problems, prioritize correctly, systematically gather information, seek input from others, develop accurate conclusions from findings, and make timely decisions to prioritize and adapt to change
  • Support Project Lead to drive the overall program plans, resolve ad hoc action items and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables
  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience elsewhere in business process analysis, requirements, design and quality
  • Experience in an environment with automated sales commission payments, CRM, sales alignment, sales crediting, and quote to cash processes; preferably in the enterprise software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with large, complex projects; familiar with agile methodologies and principles
  • Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce
