About this role

As the Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new vendors and negotiating favorable business terms with them.  We are expecting self-motivated individuals who developed a strong interest in B2B sales and marketing, who are problem solvers, and who are deemed to achieve goals in dynamic environments.

We highly value any candidates who have established connections with the food and beverage industry or/ and connections with leisure providing merchants, e.g. travel agents, beauty salons and clinics, KTVs, etc.

Cantonese and Chinese are considered valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new vendors/customers and open new accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with them
• Demonstrate strong business negotiation skills, align the company’s business interests together with customers’ need to achieve win-win results.
• Respond and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures and escalating as necessary with appropriate discretion
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting Teddy Coupon products and services to each vendor in an accurate and informative manner
• Experiences in B2B sales environment will be an advantage
