OverviewCreate intuitive and easy to use visualizations, dashboards and reportsPerform and coordinate complex Tableau report designs, ensuring that the technological infrastructure needed is presentCollaborate with IT to ensure that data for Tableau reports is delivered in a long term and sustainable fashion (ETL processes)Understand important strategic objectives and the best views in order to measure against these objectives through data visualizationEvaluate and improve existing BI and Merchandising reporting structures using Tableau and other data visualization platformsBe comfortable integrating multiple sources of data and insight into a cohesive and efficient report designDeploy Tableau reports to report audience based on report schedule and ensure that data is accurate
Tailored ReportingProduce accurate and easy to understand reports that put forward suggestions to improve financial results, processes and business improvementsSupports Category Management in the development and execution of category strategies by providing vendor data and insights through TableauBe comfortable teaching and guiding Category Merchants on the correct way to use and interpret Tableau reportsHelp to tailor reporting views to different levels of management; providing the right information to the right levels of the organization to make better business decisions
Job RequirementsAn Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a DEC and a minimum of 4 years relevant experienceAdvanced proficiency in TableauProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of SQL and SAPExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
