Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary is seeking a Business Manager. The responsibilities cover business accounting, student billing receivables and financial aid, payroll/benefits, development supervision, and some technology support. There is direct supervision of a
bookkeeping/development assistant and student janitors. The incumbent will report directly to the School President but also reports to the Board of Regents and works with a couple of committees. The position also includes managing the day-to-day and longer-term building operations. This includes working with ad-hoc and regular contractors and planning for maintenance.
The position requires extensive book-keeping experience in a computerized environment (preferably Quickbooks ), better-than-working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management, and staff supervision.
This is a full-time position with an average of 35 hours weekly and includes benefits.
