  • The CPFR Analyst position will be responsible for partnering with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics and Walmart Replenishment, utilizing data analysis to provide forecast insights and replenishment solutions to deliver both customer and Henkel KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Walmart replenishment, Sales & Demand Planning on store level and GRS (top line) forecasts.
  • Monitor daily/weekly in-stock. Determine root cause for in-stock issue and provide store level recommendations to correct.
  • Provide Promotional inventory recommendations and align with demand/supply.
  • Investigate and validate supply chain penalties/deductions.
  • Coordinate and communicate new item launch and item discontinuation with Replenishment, Sales and Supply Chain.
  • Lead the implementation of customer initiatives
  • Proactively identify and prepare recommendations for opportunities preventing high store in-stock or inaccurate days of supply according to the customer’s standards.

  • College degree in Business,
  • Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 5+ years’ experience in a consumer product environment Retail Link experience Knowledge of SAP also helpful
