Location: Vancouver
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients;
- Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner;
- Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations;
- Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch;
- Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer.Qualifications:
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin OR Cantonese;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent;
- College Diploma or higher level of educational achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration;
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and analytic skills;
- Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adapt our internal systems and software packages;
- At least one year of work experience.
