We manufacture and distribute different types of flooring and flooring related products include logs, lumber, solid hardwood flooring, engineered hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), and flooring accessories.
Biyork is a very reliable source with products manufactured in our own operated factories and long relationships with other flooring manufacturing plants all over the world.
We have opened a new distribution centre in Markham to expand our existing business in Canada and are increasing staff to grow Biyork’s Canadian operations.

Responsibilities:
Customer order entry (received through phone/ email / fax) Answer customer phone call related the products and orders Inventory check
Record the samples and display racks that is send to the customer’s show room
Releasing orders to warehouse Producing commercial paperwork
Receive Payment and process daily cash report Entering credit notes to customers
Qualifications:
College Diploma or University Degree
Excellent telephone and in person manner
Experience in a similar order desk position over 2 years Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience with an ERP system
Experience working in a Consumer Packaged Goods distribution environment is an asset
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external contacts Extremely detail oriented
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Multi-tasks organizational skills and has time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
