WE –Making doing good, doable. WE is seeking a strong and detail-oriented individual to act as a Data Analyst on the WE Schools team. The incumbent will report directly to the Associate Director, Impact Reporting and Sponsorship Ideation, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
This individual must be passionate and committed to the core beliefs of the organization—the WE.org Philosophy.
The position is based out of WE’s office in Toronto .
Your Impacts:
- Support in the design and deployment of a variety of data collection tools (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
- Perform data analysis and support the communication of findings
- Collaborate with other team members to determine reporting needs and delivery mechanisms
- Support in the development of new processes to enhance communication and collaboration across business units
- Support in the creation of reporting reflecting the efforts of the WE Schools Program
- Research and cross-check references on information pertaining to social/education systems and their impacts
What you Bring:
- Experience with data analyses, report writing, and analytical/critical thinking
- Proficient use of MS Office programs with intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within competing deadlines
- Experience using Salesforce is an asset
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to carry out a range of administrative tasks
