Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Math, CS, or related)
- 5 years of experience solving business problems using analytics
- 3 years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to creating complex queries across multiple database schemas
- 2 years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Qlik
- Demonstrated communication, collaboration and proactive consultation skills
- Proven effectiveness working independently or partnering with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in in digital analytics including web, email, and product analytics
- Success providing insights to support strategic decisions, including preparing and delivering program/campaign results and next step recommendations
- Experience setting up campaign experiments and analyzing impact of A/B tests to arrive at conclusive results
- Experience using Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive for Collaboration
- Advanced data analysis skills – e.g. database query construction, data warehousing, forecasting, data mining and experience in business analysis
Responsibilities
- Measure, benchmark, and optimize worldwide digital campaigns and programs aimed at maximizing product adoption and engagement for digital customers &
- prospects
- Develop and deliver meaningful insights & analysis on the effectiveness and impact of campaign, webinars, events and communications on customer usage & adoption
- Make recommendations for optimal audience design for different programs based on program goals, system constraints, and customer lifecycle analysis
- Coordinate with the Marketing Operations team on campaign audience builds
- Deliver insights and analytics to help stakeholders answer critical questions related to customer lifecycle marketing that improve adoption, usage and health
- Partner with cross-department to report accurately on data sourced from many different data sources including Web, Product, and more
