- Managing Dev squad alignment with the respective Product owner requirements.
- Working with POs to understand requirements and ensure the stories are ready for technical intake.
- Managing intake and scheduling planning for the respective dev squads
- Acting as a scrum master for squads delivering agile sprints
- Acting as delivery prime for squads delivering in Waterfall/Hybrid methods
- Collaborating with POs to manage engagement with different technical/app team
- OTL allocation for the respective squad members
- Interfacing with DevOps and Prod support Teams to meet NPE and production deployment requirements
- Ensure JIRA projects and confluence spaces are managed efficiently
- Present Progress/Velocity reports and speak to the delivery status
- Proving mentorship and direction/guidance to team
- Ensuring Teams are delivering in accordance with leadership priorities and goals
- Monitoring the overall product backlog to ensure requirements are assigned to the correct teams
- Periodically reviewing team allocations and determining which teams needs to scale up/down
- Managing overall financial management for the entire team (CAPEX and OPEX)
- Managing High level relations/engagement with all external teams and stakeholders
