As a Finance co-op student, you wil l get a first-hand experience of what a career in finance with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Our projects will allow you to demonstrate your ability to think strategically and critically by making recommendations to solve current business challenges. You will receive a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and formal training as they deliver their work.
We will provide you with early responsibility in the following areas:
- Business planning to set/manage short and long-term goals for sales and/or cost targets, including identifying key opportunities to exceed targets and how to avoid future business risks;
- Financial analysis on plans or projects (such as marketing plan elements including couponing, sampling, customer merchandising/promotions etc.) to determine payout of projects and to set direction for future plans;
- Develop an understanding of key external market trends including benchmarking, retailer and sales channel analysis;
- Finding opportunities to maximize revenue and to grow share profitably.
We will conduct a mid-term and end-of-term evaluation, which will help assess your strengths as well as areas of improvement. Our interns and co-op students are considered the best pipeline of talent for our full-time, permanent positions. Upon completion of your co-op term, your performance will be evaluated and discussion of future full-time offers from P&G will be discussed openly and with candor.

What would make you a great fit?
Currently studying towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with graduation planned prior to early 2022.
You will be available for a 4-month co-op term beginning September 9 th ,2020.
Proven track record of leadership, with an ability to solve problems and to set priorities;
