Responsibilities
- Handling incident & problem calls
- Support for interfaces & batch jobs
- Support for ad hoc requests & minor enhancements
- Work on change request from cradle to grave, based on the available resource capacity
Qualifications
- Specialize in Demand to Supply Planning (i2 SCP Module)
- Ability to understand Demand > Supplies (Inventory, WO, In Transit) and Commit process
- Understanding of Manufacturing process
- Ability to understand and debug issues related to inventory fallout, any data gaps in planning
- Good analytical capability to analyze plan results day-over-day for review
- Understanding of JDA/BY ODS data model
- Advanced Oracle PLSQL
- PLSQL using SAP In-Hana Framework
