*Full-cycle Canadian accounting.
*Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including Balance Sheet, P&L, AP and AR
*Track expenses and revenue; analyze fluctuations and provide feedback and recommendations
*Monthly Bank, Credit Card and Investment accounts reconciliation
*Handle, control and manage petty cash account
*Generate weekly AP/AR analysis reports, providing feedback and recommendations
*Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow worksheet weekly
*Collabrate with the executive team regarding cost control, budget tracking and recognizing variances
and providing feedback
*Liaise with sales to generate and adjust sales forecast reports monthly, quarterly and yearly
*Maintain general ledger and all confidential documents
*Maintain all operational policies and procedures
*Perform other analysis on business activities as requested
*Other tasks assigned as requested
*Collect, sort, organize and store all vendors invoices
*Prepare all kinds of payment for the vendors
*Responsible for all kinds of requests and inquires from vendors
*Create and send all customer invoices and organize them
*Debt and outstanding invoices control and collecting
*Liaise with customers regarding to the “vender information set up”, and complete the whole set-up
*Adjust the “Supplier Settings” according to customer requirements timely
*Quartly HST preparation and filing
*Prepare payroll Source Deduction and remittance report
*Prepare EHT remittance
*Yearly income tax installment preparation and remittance
Full cycle Payroll
*Prepare payroll cheque for employees
*Calcuate timesheet and prepare cheque for part time employees
*Issue ROE and other documents for the left employees
*Prepare T4 for employess at the year end and report to CRA
*Prepare all the year-end documents regarding to the business activities
*Prepare annual financial reports and necessary documentaitons for the external accounting firm
This full time position requires the candidate to have at least 5-6 years solid experience in the field.
*Able to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure. Very detail-oriented, efficient and extremely
*Strong computer skills, excellent knowledge and use of Quickbooks software (at least 96% accuracy).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
