We are seeking a self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment. Candidates with greater than 2 years of accounting experience in condominium real estate developments are urged to apply regardless of meeting the other requirements set-forth below.
Position: Intermediate Accountant
Job Description:
• Full cycle accounting for condominium real estate developments
• Posting accounts payable and process cheques for payment
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting adjusting journal entries
• Maintaining loan schedules, and booking monthly payments
Job Requirements:
• Advanced level of experience using Quickbooks
• Skilled in Microsoft excel
• 5 years of experience as an accountant
• A college diploma in accounting or university degree or equivalent
