Intern, Brand Marketing

Essential Functions:

Support the brand team in the following activities:

Brand Projects:

  • Create consumer programs working with cross functional teams including finance, sales, legal, and outside agencies
  • Develop creative promotional materials for use in retail store outlets
  • Execute innovation launch programs
  • Preparation and planning of sales meetings
  • Monitor consumer engagement on social media channels
  • Assist in the development of 2021 brand planning


Analysis:

  • Use brand data, industry and consumer information to identify business issues/opportunities and help develop strategies
  • Conduct post program evaluations using Nielsen consumption data and shipment reports
  • Analyze consumer research findings to help identify consumer trends and strategic implications
  • Manage monthly budgets and invoices


Job Skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Program with Marketing focus
  • Keen passion and curiosity for Marketing, creative thinker
  • Strong initiative, time management, and project management skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications a must (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms from a business perspective
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong Presentation skills an asset
