Essential Functions:
Support the brand team in the following activities:
Brand Projects:
- Create consumer programs working with cross functional teams including finance, sales, legal, and outside agencies
- Develop creative promotional materials for use in retail store outlets
- Execute innovation launch programs
- Preparation and planning of sales meetings
- Monitor consumer engagement on social media channels
- Assist in the development of 2021 brand planning
Analysis:
- Use brand data, industry and consumer information to identify business issues/opportunities and help develop strategies
- Conduct post program evaluations using Nielsen consumption data and shipment reports
- Analyze consumer research findings to help identify consumer trends and strategic implications
- Manage monthly budgets and invoices
Job Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a Business Program with Marketing focus
- Keen passion and curiosity for Marketing, creative thinker
- Strong initiative, time management, and project management skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications a must (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms from a business perspective
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong Presentation skills an asset
