Responsible for processing system Quality holds. Conduct brewery & Distribution Centres physical inventory counts. Processing system rebate beer. Excise tax credit submission.
Responsible for Finished Goods and returnable packaging inventories
Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity. This has a direct contribution to cost effective decision being made in the Supply and Deployment planning processes with the end result of related business targets being met.
Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses and in the Brewery.
Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancy report. Daily maintenance Brewery and warehouse transfer orders.
Expediting of in-transit delivery.
Responsible for Key Performance Indicators: Inventory Accuracy, Customer order fill rate, Inventory transaction accuracy. Responsible for monitoring returnable packaging loss within their regions.

Routine reporting and follow up of Supply Chain Loss Obsolescence (Stale Dated Beer)
Coordination with deployment & production for inventory planning
Job Qualifications
Education: Business degree or post-secondary equivalent.
Experience: order management, inventory reconciliation, data integrity maintenance, process improvement.
Order management practices, inventory management practices, process improvement flow.
Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Use of SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.
