- Expertise knowledge in WIM interfaces (Inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs), Access profiles (GDAP, FAP, Data access profiles ), Kronos Timekeeping (Pay policies, Navigators), SDM tool, Timeclocks(Device management), Employment terms, Accruals, Kronos Scheduling ,Org setup, Report setup and SSRS reporting, Display preferences, Hyperfinds, Genies, Adjustment Rules, System settings
- Should have atleast 5-6 years of experience in Kronos space
- Should have good knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Should have good experience in SAML/SSO
- Should have good knowledge of Application maintenance and support activities
- Knowledge of SAP time management system would be an added advantage
- Understanding of processes around Media Industry and the Time management tools within the Industry
- Participate in requirement gathering and translating the business requirement to Kronos global support
- Maintain and monitor data flow and integration throughout the application
- Collaborate with in team and with business to support project delivery
- Create test cases/prototypes of any suggested resolution and in case of any change deployed to the application
- Create training documents for end users
- Act as a liaison with customer for any planned or unplanned maintenance on application and to keep business well communicated for any change/update in the application
