Role Description
Are you passionate about creating, coordinating, and delivering training programs for M&A Integrations? If yes, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to support training delivery for our organization. In this role, you will spend time evaluating requirements and ensuring the RevOps Readiness and Enablement team offers best in class programs to support learning operations for M&A Integrations. You will also have the opportunity to lead intakes, assessments & projects including defining learning objectives, scope, plan, resourcing and leading through implementation. You will focus on optimizing the learning function by increasing the efficiency of operations, effectiveness of learning programs, and alignment with business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing Learning strategies that will give employees the information they need to perform by using a combination of enablement tools & concepts, educational theory, and marketing elementsCollaboratively assess and report on readiness (skills, assets, systems, processes etc.) of the field to effectively and efficiently execute enablement strategies and objectives. Develop and execute a readiness plan for key initiatives with measurement and reporting.Lead small to large programs from intake to completionCollaborate with cross functional teams to deliver and execute quality, outcome based training strategyCreate and execute on enablement strategies & plansMeasure and communicate the effectiveness of all training effortsActively listen to customer feedback and conduct regular training needs analysisDrive tool improvements for knowledge base and training resourcesContribute to internal Revenue Operations people, process and technology developmentPartner closely with project teams and senior executives across the companyBuild executive presentations, enablement offerings and status reportsPartner with the global enablement teams to create materials that are consumed across the Salesforce enterprise
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, including but not limited to Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Change Management, preferred3-5 years developing & implementing on training/change management strategiesKnowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes and mobile learning best practicesProven track record of managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi disciplinary change initiativesMobilizes and leads large, complex cross-functional project teamsExperienced in enabling a Global Sales team in (high) tech or consultingExperience creating and delivering training with e-Learning tools such as Adobe Captivate / Articulate and Camtasia.Desired Skills and Experience:
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud computing experience — knowledge of sales operations/quote-to-cash (a plus)Experience with informal learning, blended learning, reinforcement programsProficiency in enablement project managementExceptional consulting and communication skills including an engaging presentation style, strong group facilitation skills, change management, and clear and precise writingAccommodations – If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please contact the Salesforce.com Recruiting Department .
