Associate Director, Corporate Banking, U.S. Healthcare

As an Associate Director on our Corporate Banking Helathcare team, you will be responsible for working closely with the team to assist in all aspects of marketing clients and working on due diligence for new client (prospecting) and lead arranger opportunities.

 

Is this role right for you? You will be responsible for:

Active participation in the calling activity of the US Healthcare Team with the expectation that over time, the candidate will have independent coverage responsibilities
Assisting the Healthcare Team in preparation of marketing material for client calls and working with product specialists to put together pitch material
Updating salesforce and conduct other post call follow up as necessary for the client activity that the candidate will participate in
Assisting the Industry Head on new client opportunities with a strong emphasis on prospecting
Assisting in the profitability analysis of new opportunities and preparation of deal memos in consultation with the Healthcare Team
Collaborating with the GBM Team in identification of key risks and mitigants on a transaction 
Collaborating with Global Loan Syndications on term sheets for bilateral and lead arranger opportunities
Attending bank meetings for lead arranger and participant opportunities
Assisting the Industry Head in preparation of presentations for Industry Reviews and growth initiatives for US Healthcare
Assisting the Healthcare Team in resolving client related issues including following up with documentation requirements from KYC and AML perspective  
 

Do you have the skills you need to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

An MBA and/or CFA
At least 5 years of Banking experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills
A demonstrated knowledge of lending and non-lending products
The ability to exhibit professional and ethical behavior
GBM training including KYC/AML training
The ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
