Scotia Capital (USA), Inc. seeks Associate Director in New York, NY to contribute to overall success of International Money Markets and Funding team in U.S. ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of team’s business strategies and objectives. Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation: analyzing liquidity stress testing and Regulatory Report FR 2052a; ensuring that FR 2052a and liquidity Stress Test reporting meet regulatory expectations per the Dodd Frank Section 165 Enhanced Prudential Standards; analyzing liquidity stress testing results and providing regular updates to senior management through committees and working groups for efficient liquidity buffer management; developing  liquidity stress scenarios as required by Reg YY; liaising with Business Lines to gather stress testing assumptions for products incorporated in liquidity stress testing; ensuring data completeness and accuracy for the liquidity stress testing Process; developing business requirement documents for liquidity product methodologies; preparing business change release test cases; and performing user acceptance testing for implemented liquidity products.
