Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting Agile 9.3.x environments (Prod/Test/Dev) in all phases of maintenance, upgrade, support
- User account management
- Agile system security management
- Develop extension of functionality by using Agile publishing/Agile event framework including process extensions, dashboard extensions, and groovy scripts
- Develop custom applications to augment PLM functionalities using technologies such as Java/JSP, SOAP/HTTP/JMS, REST API, etc.
- Administer Agile PLM, able to deploy/configure classes, fields, process extensions, perform Agile PLM restarts as required.
- Develop/test/execute Oracle database packages and scripts
- Collaborate with Oracle product and data center support teams in troubleshooting/resolving issues
- Develop/test/deploy Web services
- Shell scripting in Linux/Unix
- Foundational knowledge of core PLM concepts and best industry practices
- Software SDLC experience
- Analyze business requirements and perform impact assessment
- Design solutions
- Create test scripts
- Write technical specifications
- Excellent communications skills
