An educational institution located at Highway 7 and Warden in search for a Program Co-Ordinator. Must speak both Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing programs
- Coordinate daily schedules and special programs for with other team members
- Create crisis management plans that will be executed in the event of a problem with the interior or exterior of the facility
Skills
- University degree
- 8+ years’ experience in a program/project coordinating environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to utilize scheduling and spreadsheet software
- Strong customer service skills are required
