Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience project management on ERP Integration projects (HCM will be plus)
- People Management / global stakeholder management/ Vendor management experience would be preferable
- Strong communication (both written and oral) and, PMP, Excel and power point presentation skills
- Self-directed and goal-oriented work style
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across geographies
- Have good bent of mind on analytics and data intelligence
- High business ethics and personal integrity (handling of confidential information)
- Ability to work with all levels of the customer stakeholders and inductively present information to top management
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain the Project in PMP, RAID Register
- Conduct the meeting with Customer, HCL and 3rd Party team
- Track the weekly delivery, effort utilized
- Publish the weekly progress, dependency, risk to respective stakeholders
- Defect Management
- Escalation Management
