As a Python Developer for our Toronto headquarters, you will engineer restful web services. You’ll be required to assist in architect, code, debug problematic code, as well as execute general troubleshooting and problem-solving. You’ll work alongside our talented project managers, engineers and designers to create award-winning properties.
Responsibilities:
– Develop responsive web services.
– Design, implement, and test
– Debug problematic code
– Work alongside mobile designers and implement design with attention to detail
– Document source code
– Problem-solving and debugging
Desired Skills:
– 3+ years experience with Python
– 3+ Programming experience in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS
– Experience in working within a team environment
– Experience with REST/SOAP web services
– Experience with codeigniter, cakephp or zend is plus
– Experience with GAE is plus
– Experience working in a Mac or Unix environment
– Experience with parsing / writing XML, JSON
– Comfortable with OO programming
– Familiar with source code control systems
