Retail Accounts Coordinator & Graphic Designer (Bosch Student Intern)

Job Description

  • This is for a temporary contract for an approximate 18 month contract term

This is a Hybrid role with 50% Graphic Design and 50% Retail Accounts Coordinator focus

Graphic Designer Description

  • Designs print and electronic graphic materials that support marketing for various campaigns. This includes product brochures, print and web advertisements, trade show graphics, internal and external newsletters, social media graphics, etc.
  • Create original and edit existing print materials including product brochures and leaflets, advertisements, POS displays;

provide print-ready files for production

  • Design web materials and e-communications including static and animated banner advertisements, email blasts and internal and external newsletters
  • Design graphics and promotional materials for trade shows and other events
  • Work closely with the Marketing department, including project management, social media manager, web development, product marketing management and others within the organization.

Retail Account Coordinator Description

  • Provide support to Key Account Managers through the administration and coordination of various programs, including trade shows, sales analysis, sales presentations, and co-op advising;

provides administrative tracking, account maintenance, and budget reports to Key Account Managers

  • Responsible for all customer item setup documents and other various customer forms
  • Owns the setup process and manages the relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintain weekly sales reports for Key Account Managers and sales management.
  • Follow through on issues concerning accounts with other departments, i.e. orders, credit, distribution.
  • Monitor charge-backs and deductions and help bring to resolution.
  • Prepare analysis and reports to include SKU performance via POS data, field / team communication on accounts, ad schedules, SKU updates, etc.
  • Assist Key Account Managers with any other issues as they occur, i.e. annual planning, line reviews, sales tracking, etc.
  • Partner with Operations Department to ensure the fast, efficient processing of orders through properly systemized data
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and increased efficiency

Qualifications

  • Must be a recent 2020 graduate within the last 6 months from a related post-secondary program preferably in the field of Business / Communications or Marketing
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred
  • Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
  • Extremely well organized with superb attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Ability to think creatively and improve upon established processes
  • Passion and interest in sales and marketing
  • Experience with customer facing relationships
  • Ability to analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and communicate learnings effectively
  • Ability to think creatively and improve upon established processes
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
