Our Student Development Coach Team at OneClass advises and guides international students who attend college/university in United States, Canada or Australia. The primary objective of the team is to ensure that all of our customers achieve academic success by working with our academic support team.
As a Student Development Coach, you will:
- Provide coaching and advisory services to students in study & life excellence
- Promote and enabling constructive and transformational changes in customers in both thinking and behaviour patterns
- Increase customer satisfaction by delivering extraordinary service, improving effectiveness & efficiency, maintain consistency & quality, and adding value
- Advocate and promote Easyke service & products to existing customers
- Create meaningful and consistent customer engagement
- Boost customer contract renewal, conversion and upgrade
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in North America
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (speaking and writing)
- Customer engagement & sales
- Effective communication and conflict management
- Problem-solving, coordination skills, and ability to respond
- Planning, researching & organization skills
- Candidates with international student experience will be prioritized
