Role Description
- Manage & Support Tableau instances and IT managed tableau data sources and dashboards
- Work on User requirements, Enhancements, Small & Mid-sized Projects.
- Address Incidents within defined SLA and support time critical issues and requests
- Perform Tableau platform upgrades and maintenance
- Tableau User Security
- Perform server configuration
Key Technologies
Tableau Dashboard design and develop
Skillset:
- Expert knowledge on tableau administration, architecture.
- Hands on working experience on modeling and dashboard development
- Experience upgrading Tableau platform on Windows and Linux servers
- Maintain Tableau platform by patching and preforming updates
- Experience managing User/Group security groups
- Create and manage Tableau Data and Object level security
- Experience to perform server configurations like adding and removing nodes in Cluster architecture. perform service-level changes and security/User Identity changes
- Experience performing regular maintenance and reviewing log files to identify issues and errors
