TIBCO BW6.x Senior Admin is required with at least 6 years of strong experience along with a strong team lead experience.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Experience with TIBCO product installation and configuring core TIBCO components on multiple platforms including UNIX & Windows.
- Expert level skills in TIBCO Active Enterprise Suite – Business Works, Business Events.
- Excellent understanding of SOA, ESB and Enterprise Integration architecture
- In-depth expertise in the software design, development, implementation and supporting of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions
- Experience with additional TIBCO integration software such as Messaging (EMS, FTL, eFTL), Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, Adapters and plugins
- Good understanding of APIs, API management and microservices.
- Extensive experience migrating/upgrading services from BW 5.x to BW 6.x.
- Installing, configuring, and establishing the completely new TIBCO BW6 environment (DEV, TST and PROD)
- TIBCO deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Creating and maintaining BW6 migration risks and concerns document, Code-Fix list, Issue, and defect log.
- Creating and executing BW6 service test plans, test cases and test result reports.
- Deploying BW6 services on Tibco Enterprise Administrator.
- Good knowledge of XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, Rest, JSON.
- Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for Oracle, SQL Server, MS SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, NoSQL DBs etc
- Experience with agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders/business owners, project management, business analysts, QA, DBAs, development team.
- Took a lead role in coordinating with TIBCO support and resolving BW 5.x to BW 6.6 migration issues.
- Provided leadership establishing current and long-range technology goals, work plans, and policies aligned with business objectives.
