Manager, Sales Enablement – Dynamic Funds

The Education, Advisory and Wholesale Department is a vibrant part of Dynamic Funds that interacts with multiple departments, teams, and individuals on a continual basis in order to provide Dynamic employees with an exceptional onboarding experience and continued access to world leading skills development and training programs throughout their career.

 

The Manager, Sales Enablement will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Training & Coordination and is responsible for the successful implementation, delivery, and maintenance of our Sales Enablement Applications, Training Programs and The Dynamic Onboarding Experience.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding

Work with the Sales Management Team to onboard new members of the Sales Team
Ensure that new members of the Sales Team are onboarded according to our Welcome to Dynamic  Onboarding Program
Whenever possible, make recommendations to Senior Manager that can enhance our Onboarding Process 

 

Sales Enablement Administration, Coordination, and Curation

Administration
Ensure the applications maintain their organizational excellence and structural integrity
Add and / or remove contacts and content as required

Coordination
Ensure contributing departments and individuals understand the purpose, structure and importance of our Sales Enablement Applications
Work with contributing departments to ensure that the appropriate content is added in a timely, appropriate and accurate manner

Curation
Monitor our Sales Enablement Applications to ensure that the available content within the applications is appropriate, timely, and accurate
Make suggestions, as necessary and appropriate, to the various stakeholders and contributing departments on the type, nature and structure of content to be included in our Sales Enablement Applications

Sales Training Coordination 
Responsible for the creation, administration, implementation, and coordination of our Internal Sales Training Programs
Partner with internal or external subject matter experts, including internal learning partners where applicable, to create and / or deliver our internal training and development programs
Facilitate Internal Sales Training Programs that are specific to EAW’s area of expertise For Example:  Allego, Seismic and Salesforce

Responsible for the administration and coordination of our External Sales Training Programs
Oversee the contract submission and payment process
Organize and schedule the programs    

 

Sales Training Recommendations

Research, source and recommend cutting edge Sales Training and Development Programs, or curriculum enhancements, to the VP, Sales Development and Sales Management Team    

National Sales Meeting
Speakers – coordinate date, time and availability
Content – obtain PPT’s    

PowerPoint Presentations
Create PowerPoint presentations as required by the Senior Management Team

Skills and Experience:

Post-secondary education in one or more of the following areas: 
Business, marketing, education, training and / or HR experience is strongly preferred 

Minimum 3+ years of experience in the financial services, asset management and mutual fund industry 
Minimum 3+ years experience with onboarding and sales training coordination
Previous experience with corporate training initiatives and / or adult education is preferred
Completion of industry recognized professional designations in project management, sales training, operational management and coordination or related experience
Self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships and work with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills
Proven ability to function in a fast-paced environment as evidenced by strong time-management, project management and organizational skills
Possesses extensive knowledge of Mutual Funds, ETF’s, Liquid Alternatives, Private Pools, Hedge Funds and The Investment Management Industry in general 
Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Allego, Seismic, and Salesforce is preferred
Intermediate to Expert level understanding of Office 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) is required
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
