Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
What you’ll be doing…
As a Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and specialized roles. You will partner with senior leaders and executives from intake, through advising on hiring decisions, ensuring the best talent selection for their team.

Progressive recruiter experience, leading initiatives and building recruitment strategies
Experience of recruiting within the financial service sector is essential.
Experience of front office recruiting is a huge benefit.
The ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience innovatively sourcing candidates through various channels
Experience in behavioural interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions
A post-secondary degree or diploma
Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
