Senior Manager, Transformation Change Strategy

As a member of the Technology Transformation team, the Senior Manager, Transformation Change Strategy is responsible for supporting organizational change programs and culture building initiatives that drive a strong, collaborative team spirit amongst the thousands of employees within Technology. 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

 

Support in the planning and execution of employee programs meant to empower our engineering culture focused on collaboration, problem solving and forward-thinking 
Generating new program ideas and day-to-day to support for existing program review/assessment 
Partner with Global Communications to inform the communications approach for culture programs 
Managing event coordination and logistics 
Written, video, and creative content development and production
Support on change management programs:
Collaborate with stakeholder groups, including senior-level executives 
Work with diverse business partners to identify and mitigate risks of organizational change  
Simplify difficult concepts making them easily understood in the context of our business, people and communities 
Support day-to-day activities meant to encourage acceptance and adaption of change 
Ongoing assessment and evaluation of change efforts 
Support in the development of training materials, playbooks, presentation, and communications strategy that support successful change 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

 

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working across different creative mediums including digital, video and social
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including those with senior-level employees and executives
Strong problem-solving mindset 
Self-start that is resourceful about getting the job done 
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (including but not limited to Premier Pro, Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work well independently
Ability to work flexibly and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment 
Strong project management skills
Champions a high performance and inclusive work environment
Other Requirements 
Bachelor degree or equivalent 
Fluency in Spanish is an asset
A basic understanding of engineering/banking technology is an asset 
Experience working for Technology company is an asset
